Rum cake is one of the most celebrated desserts throughout the Caribbean. This cultural treasure is unique in presentation and rich in its expression of good fortune. While each island hosts its own spices, and each baker his or her own recipe, the end result is always the same: a rich and intoxicating cake.
Using our own heirloom recipe, inspired by generations of artisan baking, we combine a proprietary blend of exotic flavors to produce our signature rum cake. The entire process takes months to perfect, starting as a dark vine-fruit core with subtle hints of candied citrus. This mélange is preserved in a spiced rum cocktail and aged gracefully for up to one year to create the perfect blend of flavor and aromatics.
Utilizing small batch methods ensures that each cake is crafted with intense flavor to ensure perfection and vibrancy with each bite.

We always consider the impact we have on our health and the environment. To that end, we source organic and locally grown ingredients for our cakes. We support farms that utilize sustainable practices and seek to establish partnerships with vendors that employ fair labor policies.

SHIPPING
Our cakes are handmade, packed and shipped to ensure the freshest delivery to your doorstep. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx – we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. Currently, we ship to domestic United States only.
Given the perishable nature of our cakes, all orders are final sale. We work diligently to provide expedited and fast processing. Processing takes about 2-3 business days following an order request. There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that are already in process. We do our very best to accommodate requests, however, not all requests are guaranteed to be fulfilled.
